All I can say is a "silent killer". Every realtor says they are available 24/7 and he truly is. Selling our house was one of the hardest sales I have been through (not my first) due to the buyer's agent but Simit was there every step of the way and keeping the sales on track. He was supportive and got the deal done even through all the chaos till hours before closing. He was honest/upfront throughout the whole process. He knew what needed to be done to close and did it! No car salesman tactics with Simit. He is truly passionate about doing what is right for his clients. I will never use another realtor going forward.

Simit and his team were great! From the start he was very accommodating, and because of his expertise, we didn't waste time looking at a dozen homes, our offer was accepted after looking at only 2 homes, he listened to what we wanted, he understood where we wanted to live and took account of our budget. He knows the true value of the home, and what makes it takes to get the offer accepted. Working with his coordinator Mia was a pleasure, she communicates well and kept us updated every step of the way. Great guy, great team, I would highly recommend him to anyone shopping in South Jersey.
